本书基于道路交通事故赔偿案件,通过设计适合中国法院的民事智能辅助案件处理系统,采用实证分析的研究方法对人工智能在我国司法审判实践中的应用进行了定性和定量分析。本书结合中国国情,特别是结合司法实践中出现的审判效率和审判质量的问题,研究该系统在事实确定、法律适用和法律推理方面的应用优势和不足,希望在提高效率的同时,实现“类案同判”的目的,解决我国目前司法实践面临的困难和挑战。

张娟娟,法学博士,西南科技大学法学院讲师,在墨西哥科利马大学做过访问学者,本科、硕士、博士分别毕业于天津大学、西南政法大学和澳门大学。从事国际法和人工智能法学方向研究,主持和参与省部级、地厅级项目若干项,公开发表期刊论文20余篇。
