胡平，男，1966年出生，湖北仙桃人，华东师范大学文学博士。现为上海工程技术大学副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要研究兴趣为英美文学和翻译。已在《中国比较文学》《当代外国文学》《山东外语教学》《外国语文研究》等刊物上发表了近10篇学术论文。
