Jin Canrong，serves as a distinguished professor of Chang Jiang (Yangtze River) Scholar, second-grade professor of Renmin University of China, doctoral supervisor of diplomacy, director of the Center for China's Foreign Strategy Studies of Renmin University of China, vice president of China National Association for International Studies, vice president of Pacific Society of China, senior consultant of national marine development, senior adviser of China International Institute for Strategic Society, consultant expert of Organization Department of CPC Central Committee, expert hired by United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, consultant expert of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China, consultant expert of Ministry of Science and Technology. His research subjects are political and culture system of the United States, diplomacy of the United States, China-US relations, major-power relations and China's diplomatic policies.
