作者简介

本专著作者团队来自于国家电网公司科技攻关团队“电网设备地震及其次生灾害评估预警及防护技术科研攻关团队”的成果,该团队与2016年被国网公司认定,本次命名的一共33支,网省公司只占9支。 刘勇,国网四川省电力公司副总经理,高级工程师。长期从事输变电运维领域的生产和科研工作,先后主持和参与了20余项省部级科研项目,其中“大型云数据中心虚拟化基础构架平台”和“高海拔高压交流绝缘特性及输变电工程设计关键技术研究和应用”获四川省科学技术进步奖一等奖。
