作者简介

高凌云,复旦大学法学院副教授,美国凯斯西储大学法学院客座教授、纽约大学法学院访问学者,国内研究信托法与资产证券化比较深入的学者之一,近年来撰写了有关民事信托、商事信托、信托冲突法以及利用信托制度反腐败等一系列中英文文章,对我国收益权信托的合法性有独到的见解,并先后应邀到美国纽约大学、哥伦比亚大学、康奈尔大学、杜兰大学以及纽约律师公会就信托法的研究发表演讲,其著作《被误读的信托》是国内学习信托法的必读著作之一。
