《电压闪变及其测量(英文版)》针对电压波动/闪变的测量问题展开了系统研究,首先介绍了电压波动/闪变的相关概念及国际电工委员会(IEC)推荐的闪变测量方法,并对其和当前小波变换、神经网络等新兴检波方法的优点和缺陷进行了分析,提出了二次采样的数据压缩理论,结合IEC闪变检测方法,将闪变测量方法进行数字化,并证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。同时,将该测量方法应用到一种ARM+DSP双核结构的全数字化便携式闪变检测仪的研制上,并详细介绍了该闪变检测仪的软硬件系统设计。

作者简介
高海涛,男,安徽科技学院副教授,毕业于南开大学控制理论与控制工程专业,获工学博士学位;中国系统仿真学会、智能空天系统专业委员会会员;从事信号检测与处理、柔翼飞行器建模与控制,嵌入式系统应用方向的研究。先后承担国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金等省级及以上纵向科研课题研究6项,横向课题研究2项,在SCI、EI、中文核心期刊上共发表学术论文30余篇。
