作者简介

王暖臣,男,1972年3月出生。现为军事科学院系统工程研究院研究员,长期从事体系设计和标准化领域的论证研究工作,现主要从事装备治理、社会系统工程、管理建模仿真、政策分析方面的研究工作,此外还长期从事软件技术、体系仿真研究,先后主持或参加了数十项科研课题和任务,学术带头人、博士生导师,多个技术专家组的成员,在多种信息渠道发表文章数十篇,先后获军队科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖2项、三等奖3项,2次荣立三等功。
