作者简介

王小海,西南政法大学刑事侦查学院教师。中国公安大学本科、硕士,香港城市大学博士。 Wang Xiaohai is an instructor of the College of Criminal Investigation, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Chongqing, China, where he has taught since 2011. He received his bachelor and Master degrees from the Chinese People's Public Security University (CPPSU, China) and PhD from City University of Hong Kong (City U, Hong Kong).
