作者简介

罗元浩:北京东城职工大学讲师,长期教授:大学生就业与创业、公共关系学、社交礼仪、人际沟通、人际沟通与社交礼仪等课程,出版:《大学生就业指导》《大学生创新创业》《公关礼仪》等教材6部,担任主编与副主编,发表过多篇研究论文,参与了北京市和东城区相关课题的研究工作。
