把一生的爱献给祖国的江河——记我国水利水电工程专家、教育家张光斗这是瘦削而苍劲的身躯,70年来,承载着一颗智慧的心灵走遍了祖国的山山水水。从英俊青年走成耄耋老者,如今,这位95岁高龄的老人,背像弓一样曲驼,目光也不再清亮,但他的思维却异常敏锐深邃,谈起自己为之殚精竭虑奋斗一生的中国水利水电事业,仍是满怀眷恋,心存忧虑。他佝偻着身子,拿着一柄放大镜,颤抖着手在电脑上用超大字体一字一句地敲击着。他每天要阅读大量资料,他关注水利水电建设,关注水资源和环境保护,关注人民生活,关注高等教育和科技创新。他的血脉中跳动着一颗赤子之心,仿佛长江黄河鼓荡着春潮,汹涌澎湃,奔流不息……他就是我国著名水利水电工程专家、教育家,我校水利系教授张光斗先生。国家为重 情系人民1937年秋,一艘法国白轮载着风尘仆仆的归国青年张光斗从汉口沿长江逆流而上。那一年,他25岁。船行至三峡时,他不禁为大自然鬼斧神工造就的壮美山川发出赞叹:“好一个优越的水利水电地址!”他想起孙中山先生兴建三峡工程的宏愿,更忘不了日寇侵华的国仇家恨,梦与痛一起涌上心头。他此行的目的,是去四川龙溪河为抗战兵工厂开发水电资源,为中国建造**批完全依靠自己力量设计、施工的水电站。山河破碎风飘絮,祖国的内忧外患让年轻的张光斗坚定科技报国、江河安澜、为民造福的人生追求。“我选择水利事业的原因只有一个,就是国家和人民的需要。”在张光斗的自传《我的人生之路》中,胸怀祖国、热爱人民的情怀清晰可见:“我的童年梦想,就是看到中国强大起来,不再受人欺负。选择水利专业,是认为它可以为民造福。”1934年秋,张光斗从上海交通大学毕业后考取了清华大学水利专业留美公费生。出国前,他到国内各水利机构和工地考察、实习,看到多地洪涝灾害频繁,水利事业不兴,人民生活艰苦,更加激发了他奋发求学、以水利事业为民造福的决心。在美国获得两个硕士学位后,张光斗又获得了哈佛大学攻读博士学位的全额奖学金。此时,抗日战争爆发了。爱国心切的他毅然谢绝了导师的再三挽留,辗转多日,回到了战乱中的祖国。他说:“‘国家兴亡,匹夫有责’,我留在美国,心有不安。”对张光斗来说,优厚的物质利益怎能敌得过对祖国江河的拳拳爱恋!从1937年到1942年,张光斗与工程技术人员和工人们一起艰苦奋战,在四川建成了一批小型水电站,为当时的军工生产提供了电力,支援了抗日战争。抗战胜利后,张光斗在工作中积累、保存了大量有关我国水资源蕴藏量和水文勘测的宝贵资料。1948年,国民党政府的资源委员会要求张光斗把所有重要的技术档案和资料图纸都装箱转运台湾。在中共地下党的安排和协助下,张光斗冒着生命危险将这批档案和资料保存了下来,成为国家“一五”期间水电建设的重要依据。新中国成立前夕,在华工作的美国水电工程师力邀张光斗赴美工作,他也谢绝了。他说:“我是中国人,是中国人民养育、培养了我,我有责任为祖国的建设服务,为养育我的老百姓效力。”他把自己的一生毫无保留地奉献给了祖国,奉献给了人民,奉献给了水利水电事业。踏遍江河 丹心未老从张光斗参与设计、指导的一系列水利工程中,我们可以清晰地看到他在神州版图上跋涉的足迹。正如人们评价的那样:在中国,从黄河上游的龙羊峡、拉西瓦到长江中下游的葛洲坝、三峡,从雅砻江的二滩到红水河的龙滩,没有哪一座重要的水坝在遇到重大技术难题时,没有得到过张先生的指导;而直接聆听过张先生教诲,得以在工程建设中攻克难关的中国水利工程师,更是难以计数。俗话说,有人走过的桥比别人走过的路还多。张光斗就是佐证。他看过并且亲手触摸过太多的大山大水、穷山恶水、青山秀水。70年来,除了在清华园传道授业,他的大部分时间都是在崇山峻岭、急流险滩间度过的。对工程现场,他有一种近乎执著的热情,艰难困苦甚至死亡都被他置之度外。为了查勘到**手资料,张光斗经常像壁虎一样匍匐爬行于悬崖峭壁,有时甚至露宿荒郊。头戴安全帽,脚蹬没膝高的黑色胶靴,和工人们一道下基坑,爬脚手架,这就是张光斗在工地常见的形象。中国的水力资源蕴含量居世界**位,但由于河流洪水流量大、泥沙含量多等特点,开发困难较大。自20世纪50年代以来,张光斗曾先后为官厅、三门峡、荆江分洪、新安江、丹江口、葛洲坝、二滩、小浪底、三峡等数十座大中型水利水电工程提供技术咨询,为中国水利水电事业的发展提出了许多指导性建议。他曾负责设计了我国华北地区库容*大的密云水库。整个枢纽包括两座主坝、5座副坝、3座开敞式溢洪道等共19座建筑物,总库容44亿立方米,为潮白河下游防洪、灌溉和缓解首都北京供水紧张起到了极为重要的作用。他在设计中大胆创新,采用了大面积深覆盖层中的混凝土防渗墙、高土坝薄黏性土斜墙、土坝坝下廊道导流等革新技术,这些

覃川,现任清华大学党委宣传部常务副部长、新闻中心主任,兼任中国高校校报协会常务副理事长、中国教育电视协会副会长等。长期主讲清华大学文化素质教育核心课程“媒介素养综合知识与实践”和“影视艺术概论与作品赏析”等,曾获清华大学教学成果奖特等奖。主持或参与国家软科学课题、教育部重点课题等十余项,作为**作者出版学术专著《媒介素养与媒介德育创新》《媒介化生存与大学生成长》《创新发展研究》等,担任《中国教育电视发展报告》执行主编,发表论文20余篇。担任校园原创话剧《马兰花开》总编剧,先后获得第四届北京大学生戏剧节、第四届中国校园戏剧节“*佳剧目奖”等。参与主创的新闻报道和视频作品获得各类奖励40余项。
