作者简介

陈小龙,何友院士信息融合团队海上目标探测方向核心成员,近年来,结合雷达共性技术和重大军事应用需求,针对雷达海上目标探测中的关键问题,从海杂波和目标特性认知、目标SCR改善与高分辨特征提取、多维特征联合处理等方面进行了深入研究,取得了系列创新成果。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、民航联合基金、青年基金、国防科技基金等项目10项。
