作者简介

何勇海,河北交通投资集团有限公司党委委员,河北省交通规划设计研究院有限公司党委书记、执行董事,正高级工程师,国际公路交通科技领军人才、中国公路百名优秀设计师、河北省推进京津冀协同发展专家咨询委员会规划和交通组副组长、全国交通系统劳动模范、北京冬奥会火炬手。承担、省部级课题20余项,获河北省科技进步二等奖等多项荣誉。率领科研团队在永久路面、智能交通等领域取得重要突破,形成废旧轮胎胶粉改性沥青、车路云网一体化智慧高速公路解决方案及关键技术等一批具有自主知识产权并处于国际领先的成果,并在冬奥会、雄安新区等重点项目落地实施,产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。
