作者简介
张寒旭,女,广东省生产力促进中心产业研究室副主任、副研究员。长期从事区域创新规划、科技服务业、科技创新政策和企业转型升级研究工作。主持参与国家、省级以上科研项目20余项,为各地市、高新区、创新型园区开展研究规划和咨询项目20余项,在省级以上期刊发表论文10余篇,参与撰写和出版专著4部。
