作者简介

张莉,无锡城市职业技术学院副教授,先后获评无锡市优秀班主任,无锡市师德高尚好园丁,无锡市行知式青年教师。指导学生参加征文类和演讲类比赛,获全国和省、市一等奖;公开课、教案、论文在省市评比中多次获一等奖;主持省重点教改课题、市级规划课题,参与全国课题及省级重点课题多项,多篇论文先后发表于《江苏教育研究》《江苏教育》等省级重点刊物;主编电子工业出版社《聆听与表达》《财经商贸应用文实训教程》;担任立信会计出版社《财经应用文实训教程》副主编;开发设计文化素养类课程《聆听与表达》,编著同系列教材《沟通》,形成数字化教材,促进以文化人,以文育人。
