作者简介

[美]菲利普·科特勒(Philip Kotler),美国西北大学凯洛格管理学院国际市场营销学教授(“S.C. 强生”讲座教授”)。他在芝加哥大学获经济学硕士学位、在麻省理工学院获经济学博士学位。同时,他还在哈佛大学做过数学方面的博士后、在芝加哥大学做过行为科学方面的博士后。
