《中国社会科学院学部委员专题文集:构建开放合作的国际环境》Constructing an Open and Cooperative International Environment. Introduction: This volume includes 19 papers published in the past from late 1980s to 2011. They are divided into two parts-the first part mainly focuses on China's policy on participating the international market and economic system, as well as China's efforts on constructing a new and cooperative relationship with other powers and the neighboring countries, while the second part covers the issues on China's participation of the regional integration and cooperation. As a scholar, while I have done my own academic studies and published my research papers and books, at the same time I have also made great efforts to advise the government on the policy making since I have been appointed either as the advisor or the expert group member among many committees.China has achieved great success through its open and reform policy, and naturally, its success is highly relies on an open and cooperative regional as well as international environment. China's quick rise has made a great concern. China has committed to insist a peace and development path and never to be a monopoly power. China has called on a harmonious world based the principle of cooperation. China has made great efforts to develop a new relationship with other big powers based on the principle of partnership and to build new relations with its neighbors for common peace and prosperity.China is a unique country with so many neighbors and so large surrounding areas of both land and sea waters sharing with the neighboring countries. It is key policy for China to participate and promote the regional cooperation through the multilayered frameworks. 作者简介

　　张蕴岭，男，1945年5月生，现为中国社会科学院研究员，学部委员，学部主席团成员，国际研究学部主任，第十届、第十一届全国政协委员，专长于国际经济和国际关系问题，1992年被国务院授予有突出贡献的中青年专家称号。国内现在担任的主要职务还有：中国亚太学会会长，中国社会科学院地区安全中心主任，中国社会科学院学位委员会委员，高级职称评定委员会国际学部主任委员，其他兼任职务还有，中国东盟博览会高级顾问，中韩友好协会副会长，亚太经济合作委员会中国委员会副会长，德意志银行亚太地区顾问等。
