热轧带钢板凸度及板形计算理论主要包括金属塑性变形和辊系弹性变形两大模块。本书将基于变分法求解金属横向流动的二维解析模型与基于Lagrange乘数法的三维刚塑性有限元模型相结合,耦合辊系弹性变形,优化程序迭代过程,提出了板凸度及板形高精度快速算法,开发了板凸度及板形模拟分析软件,探索了各种因素对板凸度及板形的影响关系。

作者简介
王涛,山西临汾人,2003-2012年本科直博,毕业于燕山大学机械设计及理论专业。2012-2016年就职于中国一重集团,工程师,从事热连轧机组设计与优化。2016年至今就职于太原理工大学,副教授,从事轧制工艺与设备研究。主持国家及省部级项目多项,获中国机械工业科学技术奖二等奖“特种有色金属板材辊式矫直技术与装备开发及其应用”。
