刘洪波博士,加州大学圣地亚哥分校神经计算研究所访问学者,二级教授,博导,计算机科学与技术学科带头人,人工智能专业方向带头人,主要研究认知计算、大数据驱动智能等,曾作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、教育部人才计划项目等多个项目;发表CCF A类在内的论文百余篇;曾获省部级科技进步二等奖(排名**)、行业联合会科技创新奖(排名**);大连高新区生态科创产业联盟副理事长,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。
