作者简介

韩永红 广东外语外贸大学法学院教授、博士研究生导师、副院长,广东省教学名师,美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校访问学者。长期从事涉外法治人才培养工作,有较为丰富的法学全英教材编著、法学全英课程讲授和教研经历。研究方向为国际经济法、涉外法治,已在国内外以中英文发表论文50余篇,出版著作10部,主持国家、省部级科研项目10余项。
