作者简介

陈扬,中国科学院大学教授/博士生导师,主持来自全球环境基金、中国生态环境部、科技部、中国科学院等部委30余个国家重点科研项目及课题,授权国内外发明专利40余项,出版专著15部、发表论文100余篇,并获得部级科技及人才奖励20余项。自2003年“非典”爆发以来,一直参与支持中国医疗废物管理和处置事业,担任全球环境基金-中国医疗废物可持续环境管理项目的核心专家组成员、医疗废物领域国家重点研发计划首席科家,支持中国医疗废物医疗废物可持续管理工作。多年来,主持及参与起草了20多项国家有关技术政策、标准和规范工作,并参与编制《中国新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情医疗废物应急处置管理与技术指南(试行)》的编制工作。另外,作为主编编撰并出版了《医疗废物的优化处置技术和应用》《中国医疗废物应急处置和管理指南》等。
