冯宇,高级工程师,中国电力科学研究院高电压研究所互感器与无功补偿技术研究室副主任,中国电机工程学会电力系统控制与保护专委会委员,全国电力电子系统和设备标准化技术委员会输配电系统电力电子技术分技术委员会委员,研究方向为互感器、电能质量分析与控制等。张淑珍,高级工程师,第六届电力行业电力变压器标准化技术委员会副秘书长,国家电网公司技术标准专业工作组顾问,主持和参与电力行业电力变压器相关标准编写数十项。
