1988.6: 毕业于兰州大学外语系,获文学学士学位。 1991.6: 获兰州大学文学硕士学位,主修英美文学翻译。 1991.6—1999.10: 兰州大学外国语学院英语系任教。 1997.7—1998.7:加拿大多伦多大学英语系访问学者,主修加拿大文学(国家留学基金1996年度资助)。 1999.10迄今: 西安交通大学英语系任教。 2009.8—2010.8: 美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校访问学者,研修美国文学(国家留学基金2008年度青年骨干项目资助)。近年讲授的主要课程英语本科生:“美国文学史选读”、“圣经与西方文化”、“比较文学与作品赏析”英语研究生:“美国小说”和“圣经与英语文学”通识类选修课:“英美文学” 研究领域北美文学,文学翻译,圣经与英语文学,美国华裔文学
