王瑛,上海市浦东教育发展研究院初中英语教研员,“国培计划”英语学科研修专家,上海市英语教育教学研究基地兼职研究员,华东师范大学外语学院外语教学研究中心常务理事,上海市教育委员会教学研究室专家库成员。主持开发国家初中英语学科技术应用培训课程,参与编写《初中英语教学关键问题指导》《初中英语单元教学设计指南》等。曾获全国中小学外语名师称号。
