赵薇，南京大学管理学博士，南京大学金融与保险学系副教授。从事国际结算和金融英语教学十余年。曾经出版教材《国际结算——国际贸易融资支付方法》(英文版)和专著《国有商业银行劳资关系研究》。 　　主要研究方向：国际结算与融资，商业银行雇佣关系。
