作者简介

朱文忠,广东外语外贸大学商学院院长、教授、博士生导师,云山杰出学者,广东省教学名师,中山大学企业管理博士,兰卡斯特大学和昆士兰大学访问学者。兼任广东省社会责任研究会副会长、广东省工商管理类专业教学指导委员会委员、欧洲EPAS国际认证评审专家。讲授商业伦理与企业社会责任(英文)等课程,获教育部精品视频公开课程1门、教育部双语教学示范课程1门、广东省一流课程等5门。荣获广东省教学成果奖一等奖1次、二等奖2次。发表SSCI等论文20多篇,CSSCI论文多篇,被新华文摘和中国人民大学报刊复印资料转载多篇。被省级领导批示或采纳的咨询报告多份。出版专著和教材多本,其中普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材1本。完成或在研国家社科基金项目1项,教育部项目3项, 广东省社科基金项目1项,省、部级教改项目多项。
