本书是贵州兴义民族师范学院教师的学术著作。学前教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,随着全国范围内学前教育快速发展的步伐,贵州省的学前教育也取得了前所未有的成绩。而快速发展的同时,贵州省普及学前教育进程中农村幼儿教师质量的问题也日益凸显,本研究旨在审视农村幼儿教师质量存在的突出问题,对其保障机制进行研究。首先,通过文本分析法,基于《普通高等学校本科教学质量保证标准》对贵州省各院校幼儿教师的培养质量进行调查与分析。其次,结合文本分析法和调查研究法,基于《幼儿园教师专业标准》对贵州省幼儿教师的入职质量进行调查与分析。再次,通过调查研究法基于教师质量构成维度对幼儿教师的发展质量进行考察。*后,从系统的思想出发对贵州省农村幼儿教师质量保障机制进行构建。本书基于幼儿教师专业发展的基本历程,聚焦目前贵州省农村幼儿教师质量提高所面临的突出问题,在细描农村幼儿教师质量现状的基础上,从纵向和横向两方面来全面构建农村幼儿教师质量的保障机制。
