作者简介
王勇,博士,毕业于清华经管学院。主要研究领域:企业成长管理、企业并购重组。 曾任中国水利水电科学院水电模型厂厂长、国研网络数据科技有限公司副总经理。后加入清华经管学院,历任中国金融研究中心执行总监、EMBA教育中心主任、高管教育中心主任。现任院长助理,兼企业家学者项目办公室主任、合作发展办公室主任。曾任科陆电子科技、海洋王照明、瑞慈医疗、光大证券股份有限公司独立董事。
