在首都经济贸易大学华侨学院教师党支部的引领和首都经济贸易大学教材建设项目的支持下,本套教材得以问世。教师党支部书记兰君带领编写组对教材的选题、立意,尤其是“红色基因”进行了深入研究和统筹安排。主要编写组成员为张薇、华章、罗常青和徐童,均为有丰富教学经验的一线大学英语教师,平均教龄超过15年;在教学领域屡创佳绩。2020年,主编团队荣获外研社“教学之星”大赛全国复赛特等奖、全国半决赛一等奖;团队青年教师分别于2018年获得北京市第十一届青年教师教学基本功大赛三等奖、2020年首都经济贸易大学第十二届青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖、2022年首都经济贸易大学优秀教师等奖项。此外,团队近五年来参与校级、院级教改、课程建设、金课建设等项目十余项,持续在教学研究与改革的路上探索创新。
