作者简介

何家弘，1969年去北大荒务农。返回北京后当建筑工人。1993年在美国西北大学获法学博士学位。2002年至2003年在香港城市大学任客座教授，现任中国人民大学法学教授、博士生导师，兼中国行为法学会副会长。 He Jiahong is Professor of Law and Faculty Director, Institute of Evidence Law at the Law School of Renmin University in Beijing. From 2006 to 2008, he was part-time Deputy Director, Department of Dereliction of Duty and Infringement of Human Rights with the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. He has also written crime novels several of which have been translated into French, English, Italian and Spanish.
