内容简介

本书主要是基于对炉渣-钢液化学反应规律的系统研究,揭示钢液精炼时炉渣-钢液之间的化学反应对钢中夹杂物的影响规律。著者在国际上率先探索和系统研究了高碱度高Al2O3含量精炼炉渣对Al脱氧钢中夹杂物控制的影响规律,发现、描述并系统阐述了钢中急转弯由Al2O3转变为镁铝尖晶石、低熔点钙镁铝酸盐的现象和科学机理,并详细探讨了耐火材料对夹杂物低熔点化控制和转变的影响。同时,基于对炉渣-钢液之间化学反应规律的认识,逆向探索了抑制夹杂物由Al2O3向尖晶石转变的规律。
